Ghost Rider-Robbie Reyes

First Appearance: All-New Ghost Rider # 1

Robbie Reyes was a young mechanic living in Hillrock Heights in East Los Angeles, California.  Looking for a way out of Hillrock, due to high gang activity and corruption, Robbie entered a street race in the hopes of winning $50,000.  Unbeknownst to Robbie, the car he was driving was possessed by a spirit named Eli. 

During the race, Robbie began to be followed by whom he assumed to be the police.  Trying to flee the scene, Robbie drove down a dead end rode.  Robbie attempted to explain the situation to his pursuers, but they killed him violently.  While trying to burn the car and Robbie's body, Eli possessed Robbie and transformed him into the Ghost Rider.
