Spider-Man - Miles Morales 

On Earth -1610, While Miles's Uncle, Aaron Davis, was breaking into an abandoned Osborn Industries building, a spider genetically enhanced with the Oz Formula crawled into his bag.  Miles was visiting with his Uncle (against his parent's wishes) when the spider crawled out of Aaron's bag and bit Miles. Miles gained superhuman abilities such as camouflage, increased agility, wall climbing and stun blasts.  Miles decided to leave the heroism to the actual Spider-Man.  Months later, Spider-Man dies, and Miles is struck with grief for not helping.  From that point, Miles decided to continue Peter's legacy.
