Teen Lantern - Keli Quintela

First Appearance: Young Justice Vol 3 # 1

Keli is an eleven year old that hacked into the Green Lantern Power Battery from her mother's house in La Paz, Bolivia.  Not only did she hack into the Power Battery, she found a way to pull the energy source into her own gauntlet, then reprogrammed it to do whatever she wanted without the knowledge of the Green Lanterns.  She goes on to join Young Justice.
